Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers and clients outside of the office environment. This dynamic role involves traveling to different locations to increase our sales and market presence. You will be responsible for building strong relationships in order to understand their needs and to establish trust in our products and services. Your mission is to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain long-term relationships with clientele. Success in this role requires an energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving results and is adept at both communication and negotiation. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. An ideal candidate will be proactive, with keen sales acumen and the ability to meet targets consistently.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territories or sectors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers regularly.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that will increase sales.
  • Track and report on customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
  • Develop and present sales plans to management outlining quarterly goals and strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand business contacts.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive products for effective pitching.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently when on the road.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for work.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
