Job Description

The role of a Junior Telesales Executive offers an excellent entry point into a dynamic career in sales. As a Junior Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, presenting our products or services, and generating interest that results in direct sales or qualified appointments. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced sales professionals who will mentor you to develop your skills in customer interaction, negotiation, and closing sales effectively. This position demands excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and the willingness to learn and grasp sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential or existing customers on a daily basis.
  • Identify and resolve customer needs, presenting suitable sales solutions to them.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services portfolio.
  • Track and log all call information accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals consistently.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet prospective clients.
  • Follow up on potential leads generated from various marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.
  • Receive feedback from clients and provide data to help improve product offerings.
  • Assist in developing sales scripts and adjust company messaging as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales tactics and strategies regularly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an outgoing and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persist in pursuing sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and a passion for sales is necessary.
