Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our Fintech Company.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations to
maximize productivity, service delivery, and overall efficiency. The role involves developing
and implementing operational procedures, optimizing resources, managing a team, and ensuring
that goals are met in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures in line with
company goals.
Manage day-to-day operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
Lead, supervise, and motivate operations team members, ensuring roles and responsibilities
are clear.
Monitor performance metrics, timelines, and delivery to identify bottlenecks and areas for
improvement.
Allocate resources effectively, optimize workflows, and control expenses.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain service standards.
Prepare and submit operational reports and forecasts to senior management.
Handle supplier relationships, inventories, and procurement when applicable.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with other department heads.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
*Strong knowledge of operational procedures, supplier relationships, and cost control.
*Experience with project management and process improvement methods (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software; knowledge of enterprise systems (like ERP) is
desirable
