Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of all retail locations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Drive and monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement promotional strategies.
• Train and manage shop staff across different locations.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and in-store presentation.
• Coordinate stock management, logistics, and supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct regular visits to locations to support staff and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
• Analyze store metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail operations or multi-unit management, preferably in F&B or specialty foods.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly between store locations.
• Background in Arabic sweets, gourmet food, or beverage retail is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a must.
