The Central Management Office under Education and Culture is tasked with orchestrating precision in control, reporting, and analytics. It serves as the cornerstone of financial governance, ensuring meticulous control over resources, delivering insightful reporting and conducting thorough analysis to drive informed decision-making across the department. Responsibilities will extend to advising on strategies, managing digital platforms and guiding on pricing strategies based on detailed market analysis.

The Corporate Planning Officer is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and facilitating various documentation processes within the organization. This role involves overseeing financial and contractual records, coordinating communication between stakeholders, providing financial support, and assisting with administrative tasks.


Role Description

Main responsibilities for the role include:

Operational Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain financial and contractual records, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Track deadlines and milestones related to contracts, ensuring timely submission and renewal.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing information and assistance as necessary.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, and invoice processing.
  • Raise PR, PO’s, Budget Transfers, and CAR’s as required, ensuring a thorough understanding of the SAP system.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
  • Collaborate with all Education and Culture departments to collate and reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and resolve discrepancies.


Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills required

Essential (must have to perform the role)

2 years experience in a similar role as well as:

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for financial transactions.
  • Understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Effective communication skills to facilitate interactions with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for preparing correspondence and reports


Desirable(advantageous)

  • Experience working with Finance and Analytics
  • Preferably Arabic Speaker (written and verbal skills)
