Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform visual and physical inspections of materials to identify any defects, damages, or irregularities.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation of all materials inspected.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address any quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct tests and measurements on materials using various tools and equipment to verify quality and performance.
  • Identify and communicate any non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining proper stock levels of materials to support production needs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance quality control procedures.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving any quality-related concerns or customer complaints.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in material inspections.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Certification in materials testing or inspection.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
