Job Description

The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a key role in the company's sales efforts by providing support to the sales team and contributing to overall sales strategy. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, preparing sales reports and presentations, coordinating sales activities, and assisting with the implementation of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales coordination, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. The Senior Sales Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Support sales staff in handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, performance, and potential growth opportunities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Organize and attend sales meetings, conferences, and conventions
  • Maintain sales database and update customer information regularly
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals and contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior sales coordinator or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
