Job Description

As a Loyalty Executive, you are responsible for supporting the strategic and operational execution of the MyMillennium loyalty program across the Middle East and Africa region. You will play a key role in driving member engagement, increasing enrollments, enhancing program visibility, and ensuring successful on-property activation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hotel teams, the global loyalty team, and cross-functional departments including digital, CRM, and performance marketing to achieve regional loyalty KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Program Implementation & Support

  • Act as the regional focal point for MyMillennium program implementation and compliance across MEA properties.
  • Ensure proper rollout and operational readiness of new loyalty initiatives at the hotel level.

Engagement & Activation

  • Support regional campaigns to increase MyMillennium enrollments, repeat bookings, and member engagement.
  • Coordinate exclusive member offers and partner activations across participating hotels.
  • Manage loyalty visibility across brand.com, hotel digital touchpoints, and CRM channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze loyalty KPIs (enrollments, bookings, redemptions, etc.) across the region.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor billing, chargebacks, and accuracy of invoices related to loyalty.

Training & Communication

  • Coordinate loyalty training sessions (on-site and virtual) for hotel marketing and front office teams.
  • Create and maintain program guides, toolkits, and reference materials.
  • Support the organization of refresher sessions and follow-up on training implementation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with global loyalty teams on regional adaptations, data access, and escalations.
  • Work with CRM and digital teams to optimize communications and offers targeting loyalty members.
  • Assist in resolving loyalty-related customer service or billing issues in coordination with hotels.
