We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel specializing in Logistics and eCommerce to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar membership in at least one state or jurisdiction.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a legal role within logistics or eCommerce.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations and eCommerce regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven drafting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage complex projects.
• Experience in managing litigation and external legal counsel efficiently.
