Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or leasing roles.
• Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant relationship management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with tenants and team members.
