Lab Operations Manager

The Lab Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all laboratory activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting scientific and research initiatives within the organization. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as managing staff and resources effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field required.
• A minimum of five years' experience in laboratory management preferred.
• Strong understanding of laboratory practices, standards, and compliance regulations necessary.
• Proven experience managing a team of laboratory personnel effectively and efficiently.
