Job Description

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts and expanding its customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, helping to grow our market presence, and serving as a key member of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn the necessary skills to advance within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads through research and networking.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and pitches.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to organize sales activities effectively.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations with senior sales staff.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and sales alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay current with industry trends to effectively position our products/services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales processes and techniques.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
