Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources. As a Junior HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our HR operations are efficient, streamlined, and effective. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire orientation materials.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of HR events and activities.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Compile and update employee records and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between employees and management efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with the processing of payroll by maintaining related records and documentation.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Compile reports and deliver updates on HR metrics as required by management.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is preferable.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is an asset.
