Job Description

Position: Interpreter (Japanese ↔︎ English)


Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: food and beverage (sushi, ramen and other Japanese food delivery) 

Employment status: Permanent (6-month probationary period) or part-time 

Education: Any 

Required: Must currently reside in Dubai. Interpreter-level English skills (TOEIC score of 850 or above is a good guide).

-Experienced English ↔︎ Japanese interpreter in a business environment.

-Communicative and comprehension skills 

Preferred:

-Ability to read and write Arabic is a plus.

-Average driving license (daily driving).

-Basic PC operation (Excel, Word)


Working hours: shifts (1 day off per week) Average 8 hours / day 

Benefits: (for permanent employees) work visa, Emirates ID, insurance 

Salary: negotiable depending on experience Tentative: from 6,000 AED / month


Job description:

-Interpretation for negotiations and negotiations with local suppliers.

-Assisting and supporting company representatives.

-Interpreting between restaurant staff and management.

-Interpreting for correspondence with various government agencies.

-Interpretation for interviews at the time of recruitment.

-Support for translation of various documents.

-Support for communication with customers.

-Arrangements and accompaniment on business trips.
