Job Purpose

Team building, motivated, and skilled Plant Engineering associate to join our team, to ensure the plant engineering & plant maintenance activities KPI are achieved in the most economic and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopfloor Machine Maintenance
  • Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of machines in Assembly shop, Paint shop and Fabrication shop
  • Day today breakdown maintenance work of all machines and equipment
  • Utility Maintenance & Management
    • Handling of Power Transformer, Diesel Generators, Compressors, LT & HT Panels, Vacuum Circuit & Air Circuit breakers Monitor and control consumption of energy in the utilities and engineering processes.
    • Testing & Servicing of electrical power distribution boards, ACB, VCB, HT & LT panels
    • Energy Consumption Monitoring & Controlling
      • Identifying the new energy saving projects and cost reduction projects in the plant
      • Identification of all type of energy losses and taking new projects to save the energy
      • Monthly monitoring of sustainability global KPI (CO2 and Gj energy consumption) and tracking of the same
Experience Required

A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering ( BE/ B Tech ) with 10-15 Years Experiance

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work >50% on shop floor Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, ProE, Creo) Experience generating manufacturing Bill of Materials, routings, and standard (visual) work instructions/SOPs Hands-on experience and product knowledge with agricultural or construction equipment transmissions (hydraulic systems/drive train) including hands-on troubleshooting with automated testing equipment
