Job Description

The Junior Key Account Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's commercial sales efforts and enhancing customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales executives in managing and growing key client accounts efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to communicate service offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to team sales targets by supporting account management efforts actively.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and recommendations for service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required for success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools like Salesforce.
  • Capacity to quickly learn about products and communicate their benefits effectively.
