Job Description

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and driving the engineering initiatives within our organization.   • Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in engineering leadership or senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development and system architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices preferred.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their highest potential.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resource allocation in engineering settings.
