Requirements

We are seeking an experienced International PR Manager to join our dynamic communications team as we expand globally from Dubai. As the International Communications Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support our international growth initiatives and enhance our brand reputation worldwide.

• Develop and execute international communication strategies: Craft comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey our messages and objectives to global audiences. Identify target demographics, select key communication channels, and create compelling content.
• Manage external communications: Act as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and partners. Foster positive relationships to ensure accurate representation of our company in various media and channels.
• Monitor global media trends: Stay abreast of global media trends, industry news, and emerging technologies, particularly in markets where we operate or plan to expand. Utilize insights to adapt communication strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with diverse teams to align communication efforts and maintain consistent messaging across different channels and initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international communications, public relations, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies on a global scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• In-depth understanding of the global media landscape, communication trends, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
