Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Vertical Outreach Intern to support Rayqube’s business development initiatives. The role focuses on researching, identifying, and connecting with key decision-makers in industries that align with our technology-driven event solutions, with a primary aim to secure introductory meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Research
• Conduct daily online research to identify potential leads, including: Marketing managers in FMCG brands and retail marketing teams, B2B AV agencies, Advertising agencies, PR agencies, B2B event agencies
• Build and maintain a structured database of prospects and contact details.
• Outreach & Engagement
• Draft and send personalized introductory emails to targeted prospects.
• Follow up to secure online or in-person meetings with interested leads.
• Ensure consistent communication that aligns with Rayqube’s brand voice.
• Reporting & Targets - Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets (e.g., number of agencies contacted, meetings scheduled).
• Maintain clear records of outreach activity and results in CRM or tracking tools.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Business Development Manager.
  
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify key contacts through online platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
