Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Arabic-speaking customers efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify and resolve customer inquiries and issues to provide first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services while adhering to company policies.
  • Follow communication scripts and handle different topics to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets for call center performance.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery skills.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall customer service objectives.
  • Analyze and report recurring customer issues to management for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and updating of service delivery procedures and documentation.
  • Remain adaptable and positively handle changing priorities or workloads as directed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English are mandatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle high volume calls while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be highly advantageous for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer support are a plus.
