The Inside Sales Coordinator is a dynamic and pivotal role at the heart of our sales operations, designed to drive efficiency and build strong client relationships. A talented communicator and proactive problem solver, the Coordinator supports the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Engaging in a fast-paced environment, this role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Inside Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison between the sales and operational teams, facilitating seamless transactions and providing top-notch service to clients. This role is key in maintaining the flow of information and ensuring a positive customer journey from inquiry through to post-sale support.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth customer interactions.
  • Manage and update customer databases with current information accurately.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts as required.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Track sales leads and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed on a daily basis.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events as necessary.
  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs fully.
  • Help streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of goals overlap.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities to provide strategic insights to sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and suggest improvements proactively.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support or similar administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Customer service-oriented with a knack for problem-solving effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger sales team.
