Responsibilities
- Assisting senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Conducting routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Cleaning and replacing air filters to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Assisting in the calibration of thermostats and other system components.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems.
- Providing excellent customer service while on service calls.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used.

- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship
- EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
