Job Description

The HR/ SCM/ Operation Manager is a multifaceted role pivotal to the seamless coordination and administration of human resources, supply chain management, and operational processes within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at bridging the gaps between organizational objectives and operational capability. The HR/ SCM/ Operation Manager will oversee the recruitment and employee lifecycle management, manage procurement and logistics to ensure efficiency in supply chain operations, and optimize day-to-day activities to enhance productivity. This role demands high levels of organizational skills, combined with an ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring that all human, material, and financial resources are mobilized towards the achievement of overall corporate goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct HR operational functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the logistics operations including distribution, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations across HR and SCM functions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR and supply chain professionals for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with management to align operational policies with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain and HR processes.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management review.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to improve information flow and cooperation.
  • Assess and develop risk management strategies for operational and supply chain activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR, SCM, or operations management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for efficient operations management.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and supply chain regulations is required.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, staff, and senior management.
  • Proficiency in using management software and ERP systems for operations oversight.
