Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the human resources department of our organization. You will collaborate closely with HR team members to implement strategies that align with the company's objectives while meeting employee needs. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Your interpersonal skills will be essential as you provide guidance and support to both managers and employees, helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Adept at handling sensitive situations, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies to protect both the company and its workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues, offering advice and resolution in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal organizational policies.
  • Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and maintaining records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and queries resolution.
  • Participate in organizing company events and employment fairs as required.
  • Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations for further consideration.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to assist management decision-making.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives for staff across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role for at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices applicable to the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and other standard office software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle personal and confidential information sensitively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
