THE ROLE
As the HR Manager for Cartiers Regional Office, you will be a key driver of our people strategy, supporting a team of 150+ employees. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, change management, and employee relations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the employee experience and contribute to the success of a prestigious luxury brand.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce. You will provide strategic HR leadership and business partnering, working closely with senior leadership, including ExCo members, to provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and people strategy. You will lead HR planning and execution for the Regional Office, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Your impact will extend to regional projects and cross-market collaboration, where you will lead and contribute to initiatives spanning multiple countries and business functions. You will also provide executive advisory and governance, counseling senior leaders on complex employee matters, team dynamics, leadership transitions, and succession planning.
Furthermore, you will champion employee relations and culture, acting as a point of escalation for sensitive people issues and promoting a positive workplace through leadership engagement and continuous improvement of the employee experience. Collaboration with Centres of Expertise (COEs) will be essential, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services and alignment with strategic goals.
You will also play a vital role in talent acquisition and management, supervising recruiting processes, retaining talent with customized development plans, and building solid succession plans for key positions. Developing and leading a comprehensive Emiratization strategy will also be a key area of focus. Finally, you will oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market standards, and drive operational excellence and process improvement by leveraging digital tools and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
