Job Description

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in the smooth and profitable operation of the human resources department. The position requires a candidate who can foster a positive working environment, ensure a high level of employee engagement, and develop strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The HR Manager is responsible for talent acquisition, managing employee relations, designing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. As the principal point of contact for employees’ human resources concerns, this role demands not only comprehensive HR knowledge but also exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and proficiency in dealing with complex HR issues.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and vision.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent.
  • Develop and manage employee performance evaluation systems and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management and employment practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Develop and monitor the overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the company’s goals and strategy related to staffing.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving workforce satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Manage and provide guidance on employee benefits plans, compensation, and payroll.
  • Analyze HR metrics to derive insights and inform decisions about workforce management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to develop strategic HR plans and policies for the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities are necessary.
