Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a forex brokerage regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Category 1 or 5, with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, HR operations, and payroll/WPS management. This role requires a professional who can ensure HR practices meet both business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-of-the-end recruitment cycle for trading, compliance, sales, operations, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through industry networks, job portals, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct HR interviews (in Arabic and English) and manage interview scheduling with departments.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation in line with UAE labor law requirements.
  • Support smooth employee onboarding, induction, and training processes.
  • Handle payroll processing, WPS compliance, and related employee benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment trackers, and compliance reports.
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure HR policies align with SCA regulations.
  • Assist with performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of HR experience within a forex brokerage regulated by SCA (Category 1 or 5).
    • Strong exposure to recruitment, compliance, HR operations, and payroll/WPS management in the financial services industry.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
    • Solid knowledge of SCA requirements and UAE labor law.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS systems.
