Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the full spectrum of human resources activities within our organization. You will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and enhance the workplace environment. This role involves overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee development. You will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Your goal is to foster a positive workplace culture, encourage employee engagement, and support the continuous improvement of HR services to meet the evolving needs of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain employee records and documents to ensure legal compliance and accessibility.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee performance and skills.
  • Provide counseling and support for employee relations and performance issues.
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards and company policies.
  • Act as a resource for management regarding employee morale, motivation, and engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and succession planning.
  • Manage the budget for HR operations, training programs, and employee benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software, HRIS systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
