The Senior Lighting Designer is a key role in the design and creative field, requiring a blend of artistic vision and technical expertise. Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior lighting designers and design assistants.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards in all lighting projects.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of lighting projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and effectively communicate design concepts and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in lighting design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of the principles of lighting design and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all design aspects.
• Professional certification in lighting design (CLD or IALD) is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
