HR and Admin Assistant

A multinational company with its head quarters in Jebel Ali Freezone is looking for an HR and Admin Officer URGENTLY:

Must have knowledge in JAFZA rules and processes

Attend to all online visa applications via JAFZA Portal

Handle the complete visa cycle of new hires and visa renewal (submitting requests through JAFZA portal, liaising with JAFZA for collection of documents, prepare medical form and arrange medical appointment, etc)

Responsible for maintenance and update of HR administration system and databases

Monitor passport and visa expiry for employees and Directors of the company

Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team

Knowledge in trade license renewal and other necessary government permits

Coordinate directly with the HR and Admin Head with regard to visa requirements or processing of new employees and other PR related activities in compliance with UAE labour

Other tasks as maybe given by the HOD or the Management

Knowledge on using the JAFZA portal

Similar role preferably from mid size organization for atleast 3 years

Well verse with UAE labour laws
