Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate complex executive schedules, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
Prepare, review, and distribute documents and correspondence as required by executives.
Facilitate communication and act as a liaison for executive and various stakeholders.
Coordinate executive travel arrangements, ensuring detailed itineraries and travel logistics.
Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Assist with the preparation and handling of executive meetings and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes.
Oversee and manage special projects as directed by executives involving cross-functional teams.
Provide administrative support by preparing reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
Track and manage executive expenses, ensuring timely report submissions and reimbursements.
Assist in relationship management by fostering positive interactions with clients and partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum of five years providing administrative support to senior executives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
