Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations efficiently.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security at all times.
Receive visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents as required by the executive.
Facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Address inquiries and provide information when needed in a timely manner.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive to support business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal secretary or in similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with reliability.
