Senior Staff Nurse - Pediatric Clinic

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Pediatric Clinic team. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pediatric patients, assessing their health needs, developing care plans, and administering treatments. You will also supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, ensuring that all healthcare protocols and standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with children and their families. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in a clinical setting.
• Coordinate and administer medication, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient condition and update medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff and students.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient safety efforts.
• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary interventions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to promote patient comfort and safety.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
