Home Care Nurse

As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include assessing patients' health needs, developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will also provide education to patients and their families on managing illnesses, injuries, or disabilities, and promote overall well-being through preventive care measures. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes based on individual care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Educate clients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to coordinate care plans.
• Report any changes in the client's condition or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all care provided and observations made.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients to enhance their overall well-being.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Valid nursing license in the respective state
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or related field
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate compassion for patients
