We’re looking for an experienced Head of Security Operations to lead and grow our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Dubai. This critical leadership role involves shaping our security operations strategy, managing a team of experts, and advancing the use of Fortinet technologies to safeguard our clients.

• Lead, develop, and scale the SOC team—comprising analysts, engineers, and incident responders.
• Define and execute the SOC’s strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, and FortiSIEM.
• Oversee threat detection, incident triage, forensic investigations, and incident response efforts.
• Establish and maintain SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation protocols in line with Fortinet best practices and international standards (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of professional cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SOC.
• In-depth expertise in SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and incident response frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Practical experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as Fortinet NSE 7/8, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
