Media One Hotel is on the lookout for a sharp, data-driven, and commercially savvy Head of Revenue & Reservations to join our vibrant leadership team!

What You’ll Be Owning:

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies across rooms, packages, and corporate segments to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
• Lead and mentor the Reservations team, ensuring prompt, accurate, and guest-centric communication.
• Manage distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, brand website) to ensure optimal rate parity and visibility.
• Forecast demand trends and pace reports, providing clear insights for sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & Operations to align on business mix and revenue goals.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis, staying ahead of market shifts and rate intelligence.
• Champion system optimization, including PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel manager platforms.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior revenue management role, preferably within lifestyle or upscale hotel brands.
• Strong command of pricing tools, channel managers, and revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, IDEAS, SynXis).
• Analytical thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Confident communicator and collaborative partner across departments.
• Based in Dubai or with full eligibility to work in the UAE.
