nAct as a support to Leader Legal in mainly legal matters as per the below responsibilities description, which will impact IMEA consequently


.
Primary Responsibilitie

s:- Contact person for all legal matters in the day-to-day business of all business areas a

ndfunctions in GLP,KSA,NWA & T

R.- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on all types of contracts, defending and enforcing claim

s,and proactively supporting contract negotiation

s.- Recording and maintaining shareholders and BOD minutes, resolutions and releva

ntdocuments for each entity and updating the entities file

s.- Keeping track of our operational licenses, coordinating with local PRO for renewals, a

ndensuring adherence to government requirement

s.- Preparing letters to customs and customers (for example product declaration, sign and lo

gousage, confirmation, and NOC letter

).- Drafting or renewing documentation related to corporate housekeeping such as boa

rdresolutions, powers of attorney, etc. Interact with governmental authorities to register su

chdocuments as might be required (registration for example of IP related POA is required

).- Support Supplier & Customer onboarding processes (KYC review and completion

).- Assist after-sales department with - Master´s degree in Law (or equivalen

t)- 5 years experience in working as a legal counse

l.- Proficiency in using computer software, such as Google, GoogleDrive, Microsoft Office, Ado

beAcrobat, DocuSign CLM, and legal database

s.- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabi

c.- Complete discretion and ability to work with confidential informatio

n.- Ability to work independently and as a team memberservice provider contracts, small claims / custom

ercomplaints matte

r.- Support supply chain/operations with logistics related matters (new service provider, tra

deportals and custom clearance

).- Support marketing with reviewing low value marketing/agency contracts (either print

orsocial media

).- Maintain a database of research for legal related topics and new legislatio

n.- Prepare reports for management when required by the busines

s.- Assist in implementing Contract lifecycle management by keeping it updated with releva

ntinformation, documents and changes regularl
