Responsibilities

• Work with the creative director to produce final design solutions for clients.

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine design deliverables.
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual style across all design materials.
• Facilitate and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
• Liaise with external printers or production teams when necessary for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and color.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with web design principles and multimedia content development.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
