Job Description

Delivery of projects within budgets and timelines that enable the business to go to market on schedule.

• Prepare BRD and write user stories along with business stakeholders.
• Tracking Initiatives on JIRA dashboards
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports on the projects.
• Execute projects end-to-end including all multifunctional interfaces with other business units (like Channels) and support units (like RCC, CLC).
• Ensure compliance with the following: Adherence to SDLC and AGILE Process.

• Ensure compliance with the following: Adherence to SDLC and AGILE Process (Requirement gathering & finalization, Functional Specification & DOU review, process flow mapping, testing, implementation)
• Detailed Project Planning
• Stakeholder communication
• Meeting & Co-ordination
• Documentation
• Support Handover planning
• Introduce and follow project management best practices
• Ensure adherence to the bank standard project management guidelines
• Guide and recommend product design implementation with Product Owner, and in partnership with solution architect
