Your day to day

  • Guest Services:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex problems to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by taking appropriate actions.
  • Guest Relations:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate special requests and amenities for VIP guests.
  • Staff Supervision:
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of guest services staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure staff adheres to established guest service standards.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain guest records and profiles.
  • Prepare daily reports, including occupancy and guest feedback.
  • Handle billing and financial transactions accurately.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
  • Attend staff meetings and share relevant information with the team.
  • Quality Control:
  • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of guest areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

One year of experience in a similar role

Russian Speaker, proficient in English
