Job Description

The role of a Food & Beverage Sales Executive is integral in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients in the food and beverage industry. As a dynamic and result-oriented professional, you will focus on promoting and selling products and services to restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other establishments. This position demands a blend of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of the food and beverage market. The goal is to achieve sales targets by building long-term customer relationships, highlighting the value of products, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. Success in this role involves staying on top of industry trends, understanding customer needs, and effectively managing accounts to foster a mutually beneficial partnership.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate sales campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to increase brand visibility and network.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and report performance insights to management regularly.
  • Monitor competitors and market changes to remain competitive in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a sales executive in the food and beverage sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a diverse team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours as needed.
