As a Financial Analyst, you will have the responsibility of overseeing and managing various financial tasks within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes annually and quarterly.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to gather and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
  • Identify financial performance trends and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business and financial models for strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and their impact on company finances.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management on financial insights and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all financial activities.
  • Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Review and implement financial policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software, databases, and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present data effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards crucial for the role.
