Job Description

A Finance Associate plays a crucial role in the financial operations of a business, responsible for managing and organizing a company’s financial information to ensure compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning. They work closely with financial managers and accountants to maintain records, forecast financial outcomes, and analyze financial data. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software are necessary.
  • At least one year of professional experience in a finance-related role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work environments.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting processes, and practices is essential.
