Field Service Technician (225-1007)

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing on-site technical support and service to our clients. You will travel to client locations to diagnose and repair equipment issues, ensuring that downtime is minimized and customer satisfaction is maximized. Responsibilities

Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar field service technician role required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose equipment issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites as needed.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technical and mechanical tools and equipment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
