Job Description

  • POSITION PURPOSE:

To identify and onboard potential corporate customers, while retaining existing customers, to achieve set targets and ensure the best customer experience.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including exploring new market areas or innovative approaches to reach the market.
  • Onboard customers by meeting their requirements and fostering strong relationships.
  • Foster and develop relationships with existing and new corporate clients
  • Prepare proposals on products and services to attract new clients and support business growth.
  • Meet set sales targets by effectively onboarding and assisting new and existing customers.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports to the Line Manager regarding target achievement, revenue generation, sales activities and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) onboarding procedures for corporates and conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required by the immediate line of authority.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Bachelors Degree holder
  • Fluent in English Communication, both oral and written.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Corporate Sales.
  • Adaptability to work in any location across the UAE.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • UAE Driving License is a must.
