Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in estimating within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and accuracy in financial forecasting and cost analysis.
