We are currently seeking a Growth Director to lead strategic initiatives across product, partnerships, and customer acquisition, driving measurable impact across acquiring, issuance, and wallet services.

  • Growth Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across acquiring, issuance, and wallet verticals.
  • Identify new revenue streams, customer segments, and market expansion opportunities with strategies to cross Sell and Up sell different and complex Fintech product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to shape features that enhance user engagement and transaction volume.
  • Ensure monetization models (interchange fees, wallet fees, merchant fees) are optimized for each service line.
  • Drive commercial partnerships with banks, payment processors, PSPs, aggregators, and government entities.
  • Expand distribution channels through key integrations (POS vendors, payment gateways ..etc).
  • Build and Lead performance marketing and B2B/B2C acquisition strategies with clear ROI and CPA benchmarks.
  • Oversee onboarding flows for merchants and users, ensuring conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Build and manage growth analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs (TPV, active users, ARPU, churn).
  • Run continuous A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimizations across all user journeys.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations to align growth with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Champion GTM (go-to-market) alignment with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor regional and global trends in fintech and payment innovations.
  • Benchmark against competitors and identify differentiators for acquiring, issuance, and wallet offerings.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team (Sales ( merchant acquisition), relationship, digital marketing, partnerships, analysts).
  • Foster a culture of ownership, performance and Growth.
