About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models for banking applications
• Build and fine-tune generative AI models and RAG systems for enterprise use
• Conduct A/B testing and model optimization using industry best practices
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines using Azure ML/AWS SageMaker
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for LLM effectiveness
  
  

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML roles
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for diverse, real-world business applications
• Strong background in model experimentation, validation, and performance optimization using industry-standard techniques
• Hands-on experience conducting A/B testing and deriving statistically sound insights to inform model and product decisions
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in building and fine-tuning generative AI models tailored to specific use cases and business objectives
• Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows in production environments
• Skilled in prompt engineering—designing, testing, and refining prompts to maximize the effectiveness of large language models (LLMs)
• Proficient in developing and managing end-to-end machine learning pipelines using platforms such as Azure ML or AWS SageMaker
• Solid understanding of cloud-based data storage and processing, including Azure Blob Storage, Tables, Queues, and Amazon S3
• Experience deploying and integrating Azure Foundation Models and Azure OpenAI services into enterprise applications
• Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines, for scalable and automated deployments
• Advanced programming skills in Python, with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI/ML development
