Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – B2B Paid Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our B2B business verticals, including HR Outsourcing, Employer of Record (EOR), and BPO services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a data-driven mindset and a clear understanding of how to convert leads into high-quality business inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences in the UAE and international markets.
  • Develop and optimize paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified business leads.
  • Conduct market and keyword research to improve campaign targeting and ROI.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and continuously A/B test ad performance.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital activities and industry trends to enhance campaign results.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience in remarketing, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Administration.
  • Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing certification is a plus.
  • Experience in BPO, EOR, or HR outsourcing industries preferred.
