Job Description

The Digital Channel and CRM Manager is a pivotal role designed to enhance our customer relationship strategies through innovative digital channels. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products. You will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Additionally, this role is integral in managing our CRM systems to optimize customer experiences and engagement, driven by data analysis and strategic insights. This position requires a blend of analytical and strategic capabilities to successfully execute cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns, mobilizing a team of digital marketers, and ensuring robust customer retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic and sales conversions through digital channels.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Manage digital channel budgets, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of expenditures.
  • Oversee the company's CRM platform and software, ensuring optimal data integration.
  • Collaborate with the sales and IT departments to establish marketing automation efforts.
  • Deliver analyses of marketing campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
  • Coordinate content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and market needs.
  • Identify and target key audiences by segmenting CRM data based on behavior and demographics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Supervise and guide a team of digital marketing professionals and customer relationship specialists.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols for CRM data management and integrity.
  • Enhance the user experience by continuously improving website content and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum five years experience in digital marketing and CRM management roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing digital marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and practices, including relationship data modeling.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
